Summer Internship Program
Join Niagara’s Summer Internship Program at our Headquarters or in our manufacturing plants to make a direct impact on our business. As an intern, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment where you’ll develop the skills to turn your ideas into actions and wins. Over the 12-week internship, you'll be encouraged to think creatively and apply a continuous improvement mindset to tackle projects and develop solutions. Our two-day Program Conference is just one of the ways you’ll learn and grow during the summer. This program will be a path to post-graduate opportunities at Niagara, setting you up for future success.
Professional Development Program
Shape your future by joining our Professional Development Program (PDP) after graduation. Over 18-24 months, you’ll grow into a high-performing Team Member on the path to leadership at Niagara. We’ll support you on your journey by creating a personalized rotation plan where you will explore core departments like Supply Chain and Business Transformation while having the flexibility to choose between general and technical teams that align with your career goals. While rotating to different departments, you’ll engage in impactful project-based and task-based work, gaining cross-functional exposure to build your cross-functional skills and business knowledge.
You’ll continue to learn with dedicated training courses that enhance your skills and by partnering with a PDP mentor who will provide professional guidance and help to grow your Niagara network. You’ll apply your new skills and business knowledge by working with trusted leaders on meaningful projects where you’ll propose solutions and see them implemented. We also provide a four-month rotation at one of our highly advanced manufacturing plants across the country, where you’ll forge new bonds with Team Members as you work side by side on projects and our everyday operations. At the end of your program, you’ll be ready to take on your next adventure at Niagara in a new role where you’ll help us grow our business.
Manufacturing Development Program
Join our 15-month Manufacturing Development Program at one of our industry leading beverage manufacturing plants to put yourself on the path to leadership at Niagara. We’ll support you from day one with a customized rotation plan to grow you into a leader or technical expert. You’ll rotate through the Production, Maintenance and Warehouse departments, with options to rotate through Operations, Engineering, Human Resources or Quality Assurance.
Make a lasting impact on the business by getting hands-on on the production floor and working on high-impact projects with the leadership team. You’ll build relationships with other program participants and Team Members starting with the Program Conference in Southern California and by traveling to other plants during the program. Your supervisor rotation will give you experience leading a team to hit shift goals and overcome challenges while contributing to continuous improvement within the Plant. At the end of your program, you’ll be ready to take on the next adventure in your Niagara journey managing people, processes or projects in one of our plants nationwide. Willingness to relocate to any other Niagara plant for your next role is a requirement of this unique leadership development experience.
