LifeSpring Health SystemsLifeSpring Health Systems, a provider of mental health and primary care services in southern Indiana, held a health-focused fair to break down barriers for the local Hispanic community. The fair celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month and included fun activities, health and wellness booths, medical screenings, and vaccinations. 15 lucky children who attended the event had a chance to win a bike and helmet, courtesy of our Jeffersonville plant!
