What I like about working at Niagara is that there is no routine. Each day is different, and I get to work with a variety of people and departments. Every day brings an opportunity to learn something new. My leadership encourages me to share my ideas and not be shy. They listen, and we’re often able to solve issues using my suggestions
The Maintenance Specialist Program has shown me the innovation at Niagara and taught me that there are no limits, only opportunities to grow both individually and as a team. I’m excited to explore a new country and see where it can take me in my career.
Seeing everything I’ve learned in school applied on the floor has been one of the best experiences I’ve had. My team makes me feel valued, and we are always helping each other. That support gives me so much energy and motivation to be here.
Niagara is a company that encourages me to connect with other Team Members. Building those connections has taught me about the machines used at other plants and has helped me grow the knowledge needed to succeed during and after the Maintenance Specialist Program. The possibilities grow even bigger when I’ve connected with Team Members outside my own plant.

The Maintenance Specialist Program has taught me so much about maintenance, and the room for professional growth at Niagara really excites me. I've learned about all the different machines up and downstream on the production line, and I get to work with and learn from Maintenance Technicians with 10+ years of experience at Niagara.
When I started the Maintenance Specialist Program, I was a new graduate with limited hands-on experience. Now, I'm handling challenges on the production floor with high-level professionals. My confidence has grown by leaps and bounds as I learn more about our machine centers. The program and Niagara have offered me a lot of chances to take my career in whichever direction I've wanted and decide how far I want to go.
