STEAM School Overhaul In partnership with Niagara Cares and the Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation, Richmond team members volunteered their time to overhaul the STEAM lab at local elementary school.
Shift of the Year

A-Shift Team Members were awarded Shift of the Year for the 2nd year in a row at our annual holiday party!

 
Friendly Competition

The Richmond team not only works hard but plays hard too. An annual cornhole tournament is a great time for team members to show off their skills and have a fun competition amongst the shifts. 
Holiday Cheer! For the second year in a row, our team in Chester held their holiday party at the plant and turned the parking lot into a holiday drive-thru experience for Team Members and their families. Team Members were greeted by members of leadership team as they drove through the tent and were provided a packaged four-course meal and a prize.
Gold Again! Our Chester plant achieved a Gold Manufacturing Excellence Award for the second year in a row. The team kicked off the celebration by bringing in a food truck. The breakroom was decorated in an explosion of gold streamers, stars and balloons. The celebration was successful, ensuring all Team Members felt pride in making Niagara the best we can be.
