STEAM School Overhaul In partnership with Niagara Cares and the Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation, Richmond team members volunteered their time to overhaul the STEAM lab at local elementary school.
Shift of the Year

A-Shift Team Members were awarded Shift of the Year for the third year in a row at our annual holiday party!

 
Friendly Competition

The Richmond team not only works hard but plays hard too. An annual cornhole tournament is a great time for team members to show off their skills and have a fun competition amongst the shifts. 
Gold Again! Our Chester plant achieved a Gold Manufacturing Excellence Award for the two years in a row. The team kicked off the celebration by bringing in a food truck. The breakroom was decorated in an explosion of gold streamers, stars and balloons. The celebration was successful, ensuring all Team Members felt pride in making Niagara the best we can be. 
Showing Appreciation To celebrate Team Member Appreciation Day, Team Members were treated to a steak dinner! We topped it off with Crumbl cookies as a sweet treat.
Learning can be fun! Team Members came together to learn and grow during the Fall Niagara U sessions. We gained more appreciation of others' knowledge and arcade basketball skills!
