Comprehensive Health & Wellness Benefits
Full-time Team Members and their eligible dependents are offered comprehensive medical options through Cigna, dental through Delta Dental, vision through VSP, Flexible Spending Accounts and many other benefits! Health Savings Accounts are available with a matching contribution. We provide 12 counseling sessions for you and each household family member through Lyra, our mental well-being provider. We offer a limited benefits package for part-time, seasonal Team Members and interns!

Our Team Members' health and well-being are important to Niagara. To support Team Member total well-being, Niagara offers paid time away for holidays, sick time, vacation time and approved leaves including paid parental and caregiver leaves and more!

Retirement Plans

Our 401(k) plan with Fidelity allows you to contribute on a pre-tax or Roth after-tax basis. Niagara provides a company match each pay period. Team Members are vested on their one-year work anniversary! Team Members have plenty of options for mutual funds, Target Date Funds and access to financial resources from Fidelity.

Family Building Benefits
We are a family-focused organization and we stand behind Team Members who want to grow their families no matter their unique path to parenthood. Niagara offers $10,000 in Adoption, $10,000 in Surrogacy and $5,000 in Doula Reimbursement. We also offer enhanced fertility benefits for IVF and fertility preservation for all medically enrolled Team Members. Nursing Niagara moms have access to Milk Stork to support during work travel.

The Andrew D. Peykoff, Sr. Scholarship Program
Since 2015, the Andrew D. Peykoff Sr. Scholarship Program has awarded over 160 scholarships to dependents of Niagara Team Members for their pursuit of a college education, including two and four-year institutions. Scholarships are awarded based on merit, extracurricular and work experience and will commit to the student for up to four years.
