Leadership Training

​​​​​​​Niagara offers leadership, communication and negotiation training and many other learning opportunities to prepare our Team Members for challenges and opportunities. Our leadership training programs focus on advancing Team Members' skills to build future supervisors, managers, and executives and accelerate their career growth within the company.
Six Sigma

​​We are leaders in the industry in part due to our laser focus on efficiency and cost-savings. We support this mindset with Six Sigma training for any Team Member who wants to contribute —including Summer Interns!

Care​​​​​​​er Growth
We support growth and development by encouraging our Team Members to work cross-functionally, having frequent goal-planning conversations with their leaders, and focusing on filling positions internally. Our Summer Internship Program for rising seniors, Professional Development Program and Manufacturing Development Plan for recent Bachelor's graduates, and Leadership Development Program for recent Master's graduates are designed to develop future Niagara leaders!
Tuition Assistance

Team Members are eligible to receive up to $7,500 a year of assistance for undergraduate, certificate and graduate educational programs to help them develop their career.
