Dress professionally such as a nice shirt and pants/skirt with no holes or stains. If you are interviewing in a plant location, definitely wear flat, closed-toed shoes.
We conduct behavioral based interviews, so be prepared to talk about specific situations, your role, and the outcome. The “STAR” method is always good to be familiar with, and there are some great tips here.
We also work collaboratively during the interview process, so look forward to speaking with a variety of Team Members. Be sure to take advantage of speaking to individuals from a variety of functions, and come with a list of questions or items you’re curious about.
